This website is hosted on an OVHcloud server. The homepage and expertise visuals illustrate cosmetic and nutritional formulation. The “Our brands” section presents logos and visuals based on official photographs of Kolamin and System360 products. The Kolamin visual has been restaged to align its setting and lighting with the website. The facility visuals are illustrations reinterpreted from photographs supplied by System66.
Your quote request
We use the information you provide to assess your project, contact you, prepare a proposal and follow up on discussions with our team. Your name and email address are needed so we can reply. Other contact details and information are optional or can be defined during our conversation.
After you select “Send my request”, your request is stored on our server and a notification is sent to contact@system66.net. A confirmation with a reference number acknowledges receipt. Viewing the summary before sending does not submit your request.
Please do not enter personal health information or patient details in the form. For confidential formulation documents, agree on a suitable way to share them with our team.
Access, retention and security
Requests are accessible to the System66 team responsible for customer relations through a password-protected area. Hosting and email providers support the technical operation of the service.
Website requests are retained for 12 months from receipt. Local backups are refreshed daily and retained for a maximum of 30 days; requests that have reached 12 months are also removed from them. Email exchanges and contractual documents are handled separately as part of the business relationship.
Connections to the website use HTTPS. A technical fingerprint of the IP address is used to limit abusive submissions and is removed from requests after 24 hours during the next cleanup. Technical server logs may contain the IP address, date and URL visited; they do not contain your form text.
Cookies and audience measurement
The form uses a technical cookie, “s66quote”, valid for two hours, to secure the submission. It is not used for advertising. The website does not include third-party advertising trackers or audience measurement tools. Fonts and images are served from our own hosting.
Requests concerning your data
To access, correct or request deletion of the information in your enquiry, email contact@system66.net, including its reference if possible. We may ask for information needed to confirm that the request relates to you.
