Our research centre brings together chemistry and formulation, microbiology and analytical chemistry within 54 m² of dedicated space. A database of over 1,200 formulas supports development and adaptation for your project.
STORAGE & LOGISTICS
1,300 m² of storage.
Continuity through to shipment.
Our thermally insulated storage area accommodates 656 Euro pallets, with temperatures maintained below 25 °C. It complements our production facilities by supporting product storage and shipment preparation.

What certifications and facilities do you have?
System66 is certified to ISO 22716 for cosmetic good manufacturing practices and HACCP for food safety. We have several cleanrooms for cosmetics and dietary supplements, three research laboratories and five packaging lines. Discover our quality approach and facilities.
What does your turnkey support include?
Our one-stop approach brings together project scoping, formulation and samples, regulatory support, manufacturing and packaging, followed by storage and shipment. The exact scope, approvals and timeline are agreed together in your proposal. You can come to us at the concept stage or with a project already under way.
Which supplement formats do you manufacture today?
We manufacture dry-filled capsules and liquid-filled hard capsules. The latter have a rigid shell and are different from softgels. The formula, shell and packaging are selected as part of your project assessment.
Can I contact you with just an idea?
Yes. You can share your idea, target audience or positioning with us, even without a finished formula. Our first discussion helps clarify your needs and the feasibility of the project.
Can you develop a custom formula?
Formulation is part of our support. Depending on your needs, the project can start with an existing formula to adapt or a bespoke development, to be agreed with our team.
What are your minimum order quantities and lead times?
They depend on the product, its formulation, raw materials and packaging. Include your preferred quantity and timeline in your brief so we can assess them and prepare a suitable proposal.
Do you support projects for export markets?
You can bring us a project intended for international markets. Specify your target countries so our team can assess the applicable requirements and scope of support.
